We are
excited to see that you chose Simply
Elegant Affairs to be your wedding/event
coordinator. So that we may ensure someone
else does not book your wedding date, we
require a $400 non-refundable retainer,
which will go towards your final total
invoice. Once the retainer and the
agreement below have been received, we will
begin working with you on all the details of
your event.
Only after
a final budget has been set will you be
billed a 25% deposit and be required to sign
a final contract. Finally, you will be
required to pay the remaining balance on
your account no later then 30 days before
the event date. Simply Elegant Affairs
accepts payments by money orders and
personal checks. (Please note: it
doesn't matter who the payment is made by as
long the Bride and/or Groom’s name is noted
on the payment.)
